MICROMAX A27

It is another budget Android phone from Micromax. It is a good mobile @ Rs.3500/-. It's battery backup is very good. Talking Tom or Talking Tom 2 should work on this phone, but if it doesn't, try installing Chainfire 3D and then install them (Chainfire 3D reduces the graphics of the game a bit so that it is compatible with the phone.

Temple Run will work but it will be so difficult to tilt your phone to move the character that you will get irritated and throw the phone away....better not do that....( When you tilt the phone you have to shake it so that the character moves, VERY irritating) So, the G- Sensor of this phone is the worst I've ever seen... I'll give it a 3/10.

Temple Run 2= Same as the advise given above..

My Paper Planes will work but...as I said...G-SENSOR, THE WORST ONE EVER!, you wont be able to play it properly...

I think WhatsApp will work on this phone...because there is no reason for it not to...

So now you know about these, I'm sure you'll figure out about all the other thousands and millions of apps and games... Note that if Temple Run works on a phone, all the other apps SHOULD also work...but if they have a G-Sensor like this one...it will WORK but...umm...you know...

SO FINALLY, IF YOU DON'T PLAY A LOT OF G-SENSOR APPS OR GAMES, THEN ITS ABSOLUTELY FINE FOR YOU, BUT IF YOU WANT TO PLAY THEM.. I'LL ADVISE YOU TO BUY Micromax A25...but you have to sacrifice a big screen then....or if you want, you can buy Micromax Ninja 3.5 A54.....

VIDEOCON A15

Videocon A15 is a cool handset within everyone's budget. It has all the specifications of  a smartphone. It's price is approximately Rs. 3500/- . It has a 1ghz processor, which is very appreciable. RAM is bit low but it is ok. According to its supportability it should support most of the games. Though Internal memory and RAM are low, but they can be increased by sharing the memory card. This is a handset for the students. This is an entry level Android phone.

Now some cons and pros of the mobile are as follow:

Pros:-

• Amazing Interface, Easy Interface
• A decent collection of inbuilt apps( including Whatsapp), Though you can download more apps from google play store
• Amazing 1GHz processor.
• No lags
• Both cameras have exceptional clarity. Front VGA camera is amazing.
• Huge screen and looks.
• Good service. Videocon has service centers in small towns too.
• Touch screen works like magic.. much better than some other expensive phones

Cons:-

• Has a few bluetooth restrictions( nothing serious, but the phone does not accept .apk , .xls and a few other file types via bluetooth. One merely needs to rename the file to change the extension to something like .mp3 or .jpg before sending it and after receiving it in your A15, rename it back to the original file extension. Kinda tedious but its the only workaround I found other than rooting the phone).

• Low RAM, though I really can't complain @ this price. In other words, you can Install and run fewer apps than most.

• A little below average battery life.

• Videocon has not released any PC connect Software for this model as of now, you will be unable to establish a USB connection with a computer.

• If you are not satisfied with the Interface style( which does have a few limitations like low flexibility on home screen), you'll just have to live with it. Installing launchers like Go launcher and Next launcher is not feasible. It will eat up your already low RAM. 

• This may be a problem with my phone only, but I've had a little problem with pulling down the notification bar.
